Strategic and Institutional Development plans are prepared By Planning and Information Office.

Monitoring and Evaluation of Annual and Strategic Plans are Performed At The End Of every Years To Check If They are Achieved. 

This Office Is Also Responsible for disseminating College Information To The College Community.

Adama Polytechnic College Planning and Information  Plans an Medium Plans and Strategic College Plans. 

The Adama polytechnic college strategic plan has set up the blueprint and roadmap of the college for the next four years. This strategic plan clearly outlines the core values, reaffirms the statements of the mission, and sets forth the vision and the critical strategic themes that ensure the excellence and reputation of the college. The strategic plan was prepared when the government had initiated a four year growth and transformation plan for which quality education is the core and epicenter of the whole development schemes. The college’s community members are fully committed to discharging their responsibilities in an attempt to implement the growth and transformation plan via the strategic plan of the college.
