The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to providing service of the highest efficiency to trainees, former trainees, faculty members, administrative staff, and the general public. 

The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to support the training process of Adama Polytechnic College by enrolling new entrants and making students’ academic portfolios. The registrar accomplishes its task in line with the policies of the college and the regulations of  Federal TVET Agency. Moreover, the registrar manages course breakdown information, academic schedule, grade report and transcript, and in the end clearance and certification. The Office of the Registrar is striving to introduce and utilize technology to improve its service delivery and thereby satisfies the needs of the academic community.

The registrar’s office is located in front of the gate of the main Campus. Dambala branch has also its own registrar office on its own campus.
